One of my favorite wine estates is for sure Warwick Estate in Stellenbosch, South Africa. This wine estate has a fantastic concept of picnics at the estate premises, a good tasting service and a shop to fill in all your (wine) needs. If you ever visit the estate, be sure to enjoy the picnic under South African sun – a perfect way to relax even with children, as they do not need to stay put for the lunch!

Luckily enough, the above Three Cape Ladies, Cape Blend red wine, can be ordered also trough our national alcohol monopoly Alko (product nr 930637, price 25,90€ per bottle). I was however even more happily surprised, while having one Saturday lunch with my husband at Goodwin Steakhouse, that they have The Warwick First Lady in their wine selection!
